Toned, Lean, Sculpted Abs & Arms Program
This program keeps my core toned and sculpted as well as my upper body. Without these routines my body would not be where its at today. Training your upper body and core is just as important as your lower body so it keeps your whole body as fit and healthy as possible. And we all know how easy it is to put that extra weight on around your tummy and arms.
This program will help you keep things fit and toned and is so easy to follow and use.
This program requires minimal equipment and can be done in the comfort of your own home or at the gym. It involves intense sessions to help you bring about quick changes to your lower body. Each session should take 45 minutes to an hour to complete and they are all exercises that I use personally.
